Tracking Your Order

Upon successfully placing an order, as long as we have your email address, we can update you with a tracking number and the delivery company web address. If you would like us to track the order, email us at orders@carrotbananapeach.com and we'll give you a progress update.

Return Policy

We want you to enjoy the best possible shopping experience with us. If for any reason you are not truly satisfied with our products, please return the item(s) for a replacement, exchange or a refund. A refund will be given to a customer only if the item was purchased from us directly and returned within 30 days, the item must be returned without damage and in its original packaging in order for an exchange or refund. Unforunately for items on sale, we are unable to offer a refund but can offer exchanges.
