Carrotbananapeach.com accepts the following cards for online purchases via the Netbanx Bureau for Paperless Direct Debit and Credit Services:
Credit cards: JCB, Visa, Diners Club, MasterCard.
Debit cards: Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro, Solo.
If the issuer of your payment card refuses, or subsequently refuses to, or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Please note:
a) Orders are dispatched from our warehouse/fulfullment facility in Hong Kong. The shipment charges will be added to your order Sub Total during Checkout.
b) Shipment charges may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Delivery Information
We at Carrotbananapeach.com will make every effort to ensure your purchase gets to you fast, safely and in the most cost effective way possible.
Your order will be packed and dispatched provided that we have available stock, the address has been checked and payment approved. Our system will send you an email to confirm that we have received the order with an URL link to view your order history. Orders can be delivered to either business or residential addresses, and require a signature on receipt of delivery.
A notice of shipment dispatch with tracking information will be sent to you right after the shipment is sent out. Please allow 4 to 10 working days for delivery.
